Our Process.
Dream it.
First Step is to Schedule a Dream Home Meeting. In this meeting we will sit down with you, discuss all your wants, needs, budget, location, and everything in between.
Design it.
After that our Designer/Builder Andrew Willis will go to work and start designing your dream home.
Find it.
While Andrew is busy designing your perfect plan. We will start looking for the best location for your new home.
Customize it.
Once we find the perfect location and we have finalized the your plan it is now time for the fun part!! Time for all the colors. This is where Bethani comes in. Now it is time to make your plan turn into a home.
Build it.
After contract signing, it is time to make your dream come to life. We will start breaking ground, sticks will go in the air, and you will watch your home come to life.
Live it.
It’s Move-In Day!!! Congratulations all your hard work has paid off!!
