As a little boy Andrew loved hanging out with his dad. Lucky for him his Dad was a Home Builder, so going to “Check on Properties” with dad was really cool. What Andrew didn’t realize was the passion he would create in building homes. His passion grew as he got older and any chance he got he was either working on job sites or sitting at the dining room table drawing up floor plans. Andrew later went to college for architectural design and construction management while working from the very bottom in his dad’s company. His dad believed that he must work in every aspect of the company to truly learn the business. Andrew started in construction clean-up and worked his way up to superintendent. Then in 2009 Andrew started his own company, ANW Custom Designs, as a design company and opened up the home building division in 2011. Andrew and his dad Don Willis worked side by side till Don unfortunately passed away in 2020. Today, Andrew is continuing his dad’s legacy. For us it isn’t about building a house… it’s about building a HOME.
